Find where the water is getting in, then rebuild it so it stops.

Exterior Trim, Soffit & Siding Repair in Metro Atlanta, GA

Georgia humidity and afternoon storms are hard on exterior wood, and it fails in the same handful of places on almost every house: fascia behind a gutter that overflows, the bottom of a corner board where it meets the brick, trim under a window with no head flashing, soffit on a side of the house where the attic cannot breathe. It also fails from behind, so by the time the paint bubbles, the wood underneath is usually gone.

We cut out what has rotted, work out where the water was actually coming from, and rebuild with the flashing and sealed joints that should have been there to begin with. Replacement material goes in primed on all six sides, cut ends included, because unprimed end grain is exactly where the next failure starts. We do this on single-family homes and on townhouses, where the work often has to be matched to an HOA's approved colors and materials.

What's included

What a exterior trim, soffit & siding repair job covers

The scope below is what goes in the written estimate. If something is not on it, we will say so before you sign.

  • Inspection and cause

We find the source first — an overflowing gutter, missing kick-out flashing, a caulk joint that opened — because replacing the board without that just resets the clock.

  • Rot cut out and replaced

Fascia, soffit, corner boards, rake boards, window and door trim, and siding patched or replaced back to sound material.

  • Flashing and sealing

Drip edge, kick-out and head flashing installed where it is missing, and joints sealed with the right sealant for the material.

  • Primed and painted

New material primed on all six sides including every cut, then finish-painted to match what is already there.

  • Townhouse and HOA work

Materials and colors matched to the community standard where there are rules to meet, and the work staged so it does not block your neighbors.

The process

Free estimate → design → demo → build → walkthrough

Five steps, in this order, on every project we take on.

  1. Free estimate

We come out, measure the room, talk through what you want and leave you with a written price. No charge, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

  2. Design & selections

Layout, tile, grout, glass, fixture finish, vanity and lighting all decided together — and checked against each other — before anything is ordered.

  3. Demo & prep

Floors and doorways protected, old material out and hauled away, then framing, blocking, substrate and waterproofing done properly.

  4. Build

Tile, glass, cabinetry and fixtures set. The owner is on site doing the work, not just checking in on it.

  5. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished room with you, write down anything that isn't right, and fix it before we call the job done.
