What we collect

If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, email address, and — where you choose to give them — your phone number, your town, the service you are interested in, your timeline, your preferred language and the project details you write. We do not ask for payment details, and this site does not take them.

If you call, text or email us instead, we have whatever you send us by that route. The same applies.

What we use it for

One thing: responding to your enquiry and arranging and carrying out the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

Where a project needs a supplier or another tradesperson, we share only what that person needs to do their part — typically an address and a contact number, and only once you have asked us to go ahead.

How the form works

The estimate form sends its contents to a submission service that passes the enquiry on to us by email and stores it so we can keep track of it. The form also carries a hidden anti-spam field; it is never shown to you and you do not need to do anything with it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or analytics scripts. Links out to our TikTok and Facebook profiles open on those companies’ own websites, where their privacy policies apply rather than ours.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful — long enough to follow up, and long enough to have a record of work we have carried out. If you would like us to delete yours, ask and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any point, and we will. Just email Fr5725798@gmail.com or call (470) 386-0730.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
