Smyrna has changed shape faster than most of its neighbors. Around Market Village and along the Belmont and Spring Road corridors there is a lot of 2000s-and-later townhome and infill construction, while the older Jonquil and Williams Park streets still hold 1950s and 1960s ranches, many already renovated once by a previous owner.
