  • Mosaic niches, cut by hand

    The millimeter-precise niche work that gets the most attention — herringbone and harlequin mosaic, cut and set so the pattern runs true through the corners.

  • Tile going up, start to finish

    Pans being floated, waterproofing going on, slab panels carried to the ceiling. The parts of a shower you never get to see once it is finished.

  • Cabinets, doors and repairs

    Painted cabinetry with new hardware, door installs, and exterior rot cut back to sound wood — the work that happens between bathrooms.

Owner-led design and remodeling since 2020

Remodeling FA Company 1 LLC is a small metro Atlanta design-and-remodeling company, founded in 2020 and built on precision tile work and an eye for how a finished room should look.

Fernando helps you choose the layout, the tile, the glass and the fixtures, then builds it himself — so there is no gap between the person who designed your bathroom and the person setting the tile in it. In English or in Spanish, whichever you prefer.

How it works

Five steps, start to finish

The same sequence on every project, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Free estimate

    We come out, measure the room, talk through what you want and leave you with a written price. No charge, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

  2. Design & selections

    Layout, tile, grout, glass, fixture finish, vanity and lighting all decided together — and checked against each other — before anything is ordered.

  3. Demo & prep

    Floors and doorways protected, old material out and hauled away, then framing, blocking, substrate and waterproofing done properly.

  4. Build

    Tile, glass, cabinetry and fixtures set. The owner is on site doing the work, not just checking in on it.

  5. Final walkthrough

    We walk the finished room with you, write down anything that isn't right, and fix it before we call the job done.
